I was totally inspired by what I read! Using accounts of past leaders successes and failures, as well as offering his own insights from past experiences, Rick paints a picture of what a leader is and is not. He also goes into detail about the differences between LEADERS and MANAGERS, both of which are needed for a successful venture. Reading this book motivated me to really get excited about my future and to go for the vision God has given me (and I’m prepared to go even farther)! I recommend it to anyone who thinks, 'There has GOT to be MORE to my life than this!'
