Rabbi Yisrael is a leading rabbinic scholar passionate about his Jewish heritage. As a child he lived within a Jewish house but it was much later in life when the Mashiach, Yeshua appeared to him replacing his stony heart with a heart of love and light. Meeting the Mashiach transformed rabbi’s life and opened the door for a deeper awareness and appreciation into biblical faithfulness. While home studying in Jerusalem, the Torah became alive and so began his journey of building a dwelling place where God’s presence is real to all people.

Yisrael’s message is the same as Yohanan, Yeshua and Simon Cephas (Peter), simply put "repent and seek the righteous kingdom of heaven.” It is the mission of returning to the Beginning, the Holy Father. With study being one of the highest forms of worship within Jewish culture, Yisrael seeks to bring this reality as a way of life into the lives of truth seekers. It is with this passion, that HaMishkan International and the Etz Chayim "the Tree of Life” Institute (a center for Judeo-Christian studies) was established.

Rabbi Yisrael’s focus is always on the next generations as a region overseeing the Etz Chayim Institute, a diverse learning community headquartered in Singapore with a progressive reach throughout the Pacific, South East Asia and Middle East. Reflecting the face of social change through veracity the desire is to create a scholarly and spiritual experience that leaves a legacy of godly diligence and a compassionate impression within the global community.

Co-laboring among some of the most neglected, Rabbi Yisrael pursues justice, reconciliation and restoration. Investing in and inspiring God’s greatest resource – people, Yisrael is actively alleviating human disparity and removing anti-Semitic attitudes through his message. It is to touch the untouched and to give a voice to the unheard by developing key alliances with governmental leadership and partnering with local organizations and international agencies.

Rabbi Yisrael is the award-winning author for the book "Kingdom Armor: The Believer’s Identity”. Additionally, he has several prophetic cantor albums; and is also a Jerusalem trained Torah Sefer (Torah scribe). As a rabbi he continues in a life of study among his people in Israel as he shares biblical truth in love throughout. Though his home is Jerusalem and his travels are extensive, he resides mainly in the U.S. and Israel with his wife Sarah and their son.
