This is a season of divine emergence! God recently spoke to me that His people are coming out of a cocoon season. A cocoon season is a transitionary season, not a permanent one. Itââ'¬â"¢s not your landing place. But when you are in it you often don't know how long it will last for.
My newest book Finding Your Place is now available worldwide, and I must say that I'm already blown away by the tremendous response. I'm humbled. Not since You Are the Game Changer has there been such an overwhelming response in the first few days of being released. Do you feel lonely? Do you feel lost? Does it seem as though no matter how hard you try to find your footing and a sense of clear direction; the road ahead just seems so out of reach? Does it seem like destiny is something for everyone else but not for you? Well, if so, Finding Your Place is a must-read, and it's a prophetic, inspiring message to you, from me, with love and pride. I'm proud of you, and I want you to know that.
Believers have faith in God. But to manifest a greater degree of our God-given abilities, we must have the faith of God! This increased measure of the faith of God working in us has the power to change our current, personal identity. When we operate in the God kind of faith, we will discover that our new, Christ-centered identity also transforms our destiny. By embracing the necessary process of change, we bring the present realization of our vision into our now. When these changes are incorporated into our imagination, and subsequently mixed into our waking life, we act differently and become a new creature in Christ, clothed in the power of His righteousness.
For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. 2 Chronicles 16:9 NIV The Lord is sending out a wave of new strength and encouragement. There is a new power and anointing starting this month to help you through. New strength, peace and hope are being imparted to the weary and anyone in need of a drink of the Spirit. Do not be discouraged and don't give up. December marks a turning point for you. Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NIV
We are in a season when your inheritance is being released. "Suddenlies" are happening. These "suddenlies" are being released in new and radical ways. Sudden changes in relationships, networks and opportunities will emerge. These "suddenlies" have a purpose. They will cut and polish you like a diamond. This takes place in the wilderness in the spirit; the wilderness prepares you for what the "suddenlies" will usher in.
Throughout the Scriptures, we see glimpses of the strategies of how grace works. I didn't really understand that very much until I went on my weight-loss transformation journey. Then I began to see the many facets of grace. God's grace is so vast that we really don't understand it all because it is what God is made of. It cannot be explained in a few words but I see at least seven ways grace strategically operates in our lives. Each one seems to build on the other.
Jesus didn't come to earth just to take us to heaven so that we could sit on a cloud, playing a harp! He came to establish a NEW kingdom order. His perfect sacrifice on the cross was made and finished in order to enable believers to bring heaven's dominion, perceptions and administration as realities onto this earth. This is the revelation of Apostolic Sonship: The Divine Pattern (template) is for us to become grown-up sons and joint heirs.
Oftentimes we find ourselves praying to the Lord repeatedly in a continuous request for breakthrough. We may feel as if our prayers aren't being answered and the time of seemingly unanswered prayers becomes prolonged. Here's the question I want to ask you today, (in asking you, I'm asking myself as well). Is it possible or even highly likely that the Lord has been sending our answers to the prayers we've been praying but due to preconceived ideas of what those answers should look like, we haven't been receptive of His answers? Earlier this year I decided I wanted to raise some chickens for the purpose of having my own organic eggs.
Do you ever wake up and think...was that dream from God? Or did I just eat something weird last night? Dreams are one of the many ways that God chooses to speak to us and you can learn to develop your own dream language. First, you will need to look to Scripture. Whenever we are seeking to understand God's voice in our lives, we must first turn to His Word, which never changes and has no error. What an amazing comfort that we can trust the Bibleââ'¬"God's love letter to us. According to Psalm 119:105 (NASB), His Word is, "A lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Search the Scripture as you ask God for the interpretation of your dream.
When it comes to a medical diagnosis, whose report will we believe: the doctor's or God's? Jesus tells us, "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life" (John 6:63, ESV). People love to give their 2 cents worth about your situation, saying, "You won't make it," "Things won't get any better for you," "That's your lot" or "That's life." So, whose report will you base your future on? What people are telling you or on the Word of God? If you listen to man and not God, you will not advance in life as God has purposed you to. It is to your advantage to walk by faith and not by sight. Your attitude makes a profound difference in whether you overcome or run from challenges you face.
