WORSHIP ME! says the Lord.
The Lord spoke to me yesterday and said, "There is a big difference between church worship and God worship. Church worship is when you lift up a certain group or person and God worship is when you lift up Me, the Lord." (And then I thought, Lord, are you wanting me to give this word??? Because I know how that will go over! But then He asked if I wanted His Presence, and I said "Yes, I do! I certainly do!”)
He continued, "In church worship, people worship the pastor. With God worship, they worship Me. In church worship, they focus on all the things related to the church. In God worship, they are seeking on how to please Me."
"I have called my pastors to teach Me. I have called them to equip the saints for the works of the ministry. I have called ALL the people to have a ministry, even if all they can do is pray sincerely. That is their ministry to Me, because I am God and they are not.”
"When people see ‘church’ as ‘the Answer,’ they are bypassing Me or going through another gate. That other gate will close, and they may not know how nor choose to get back to me, because they have been distracted. They will be occupying themselves with ‘things’ that do not put Me first or that even really serve Me. Some find this very acceptable, but I do not!" [Yikes! But I had asked to hear.]
"I have called people to serve ME! But when they serve flesh, they don't need to understand The Word or My Spirit, they just worry about pleasing man. ‘They’ have become the Solution, not Me! Then it becomes a group that has put a ‘God’ sign on the door, but I am not there. The enemy loves this and he will give false signs and wonders to snare and keep them there. If they have no real interest in Me, then it will be all about that group and the works of the flesh will enter in and snare them in a trap!”
"Each person I call has a ministry, and they get that from Me. It is My assignment to them because they hear My Voice! While the gift of the pastor is for comfort and healing, it is also for teaching and exhorting and training up. I will manifest My Love to them because they are seeking Me. But I have called ALL the five-fold ministry to the work of the ministry for the equipping of the saints.”
"The people should be coming to church to hear from Me, not the pastor I love. People should be coming to hear how to better do their individual assignments and please Me. The outreaches should go beyond THEIR personal agendas.”
“A secular business may care about how people look and present themselves. They will train them to represent the company. And they will give them a reward or payment for how well they do their services. A person can serve Me and their businesses. If they put Me FIRST, then I can bless them like I blessed Joseph in Egypt. Everything he touched prospered, but it happened because I trained him. He learned how to be nothing, so I could be Something!”
"He went through hard tests. He had time alone to learn My Voice, and then I used him among kings and leaders. I have called MY people to hear MY Voice! And if mine, another they will not follow. But if they are not taught and equipped, then they are just one more "business" in this competitive world that offers some things but does not have My favor because they have not put Me first. They have not designated My honor but put THEIR honor first!”
"They have presented themselves as ‘the solution’ and not Me! If you read My Word, you will see that I bless those who honor Me. If my leaders hijack My fame and glory, I cannot bless them, but may even curse them, as I have cursed kings of men in the past.”
"If they go to church to seek MAN, and his approval and only his understandings, and trust MAN even in their finances, I cannot approve of them. If ‘God-like’ qualities are given to man, I will not bless their works!”
"Many wonder why My Presence does not abide with them but seems to come and go. They seek far and wide for solutions, but the answer is with them, with ME in them! Not to transfer My status and place to THEM, but to equip them for raising up other ministry to Me and then my Presence and Glory can increase!”
"They will be appreciated even more if My Glory is raised up in them! And I can cover the earth with them, like ants! Did I not say to consider the ants and how they work? I can cover the earth and go places that a pastor would never go unless he had been there before. My anointing and covering would increase for them because THEY EQUIPPED THE SAINTS FOR THE WORKS OF THE MINISTRY - for MY ministry, not theirs!”
“MY Name, not theirs. MY life, not theirs. I AM the One who will receive them when this life's days are done. Why should they be cut short when I AM equipping them for a never-ending life?”
"Oh, there are some slick ones who have their own agendas and who challenge Me. But they will be found out. They grasp and steal My honor and Name and Fame. But they will be found out. MY glory IS in earthen vessels, because the Spirit is Mine and does not belong to man.”
"Man is fragile. Man is dust! He can be here today and gone tomorrow. But My Kingdom will remain. My Life will remain and will be for those who please and honor Me!"
"I have given each one a way to please and honor Me and it will show through their response to My Spirit Presence. I do not want people to just gawk at Me but to interact with Me! I want THEM to express my glory, good works, and praise. I have given to each one a ministry. If they come to compete with Me, I will surely challenge them. And they will know that I AM God!”
"But if they seek Me and honor Me and serve ME, I will show them My salvation. I will show them My great Love. I will show them THEIR life! And they will honor Me and signs and wonders will follow them that speak of Me."
