This verse has impacted me for much of my adult life. Part of it is my calling, of course, but it speaks so much with understanding that we need, especially in today's times! When there is no order, there is chaos. When there is no faith, anything goes with people. We gat that much just watching the news, but what about the Camp of the Lord?

When men try to be in control, there is fighting and destruction! When I read the verse Romans 1:28 AMPC - And so, since they did not see fit to acknowledge God or approve of Him or consider Him worth the knowing, God gave them over to a base and condemned mind to do things not proper or decent but loathsome.

Good News

Now hang on, I do have some good news here!

I just want to establish that we are in a place of need! I see and hear MANY expressing concerns. When things go wrong, many do cry out, but do they do that with real faith. Well, God will discern and judge that, but He has Good News too!

Today I was on a prayer call with "Pray California" and it was so beautiful how they prayed for others. I always get blessed when I see and hear their determined will to please God. Today they prayed for and honored a handicapped man who has a ministry and who had been injured in a car accident. The love for this man was strong, because in his weakness, he pressed into the Lord and ministered to others.

There is no faith empowerment like that of someone who has been through what you have as a problem. It is a fellowship of sufferings. We know that some have NO idea what some things are like, but we love those who can relate. This particular gentleman, who is a paraplegic, reaches out to do what he and his wife can do to touch others!

And the passage of words that Jesus spoke came into my mind:

John 9:1-3 Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth. 2 And His disciples asked Him, saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” 3 Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him.

He seemed to fulfill that very verse! So many times we see others look to blame someone when a tragedy happens, but that may not be the whole or final story! We just didn't know how to process it. Sometimes we get frustrated and move away, because we don't know the whole will of God yet.

God has Good Will for You

God is good! And He has good will for you! Some pray for a ministry and then realize it is more than just talking. The real work of Jesus is to relate to others. Many catch on, find His will and then thrive in their ministries. It's so wrong to compare them with others; Jesus has a perfect will for their lives - and yours! We just have to seek to find it and bend our will to His for the Blessing of it!

And then I remembered the Stadium Vision that Paul Cain had of MANY people gathering in stadiums, so much so that it got the attention of the news broadcasters and people were getting healed and were being raised from the dead in great numbers!

And even now we have many gatherings where God will save, bless and heal people, but in the later day revivals, this will happen more and more!

God has given vision through the prophets what to look for! And it is a matter of faith. Believe in the Word of God first, but then believe those He sends, be they pastors, evangelists or all of the other ministry gifts He assigns! Because He is still at work by His Spirit!

For great things to be done, there will be great faith. It will be REQUIRED, especially in the latter days of unfolding events. There is not only life here, but also in the world to come. I have wrestled sometimes with "why not now?" and then He said from the above verses: "that the works of God should be revealed." Slowly, I got it!

Pressing In

When we really want something, we will press into it. Some don't even know there is a faith to be had that can do miracles. God does miracles every day in the natural but also will do supernatural works. It's why He came, to demonstrate that He will and can! Healing and miracles are real, but not everyone knows that.

But we will contend for the faith and see much, because we will feel pressed that we NEED it!

Lamentations 2:9 Jerusalem’s gates are useless. All their locks and bars are broken, for he has crushed them. Her kings and princes are enslaved in far-off lands, without a temple, without a divine law to govern them or prophetic vision to guide them.

A prophetic vision offers hope and faith. The revelation is that God is real, and He can and will do mighty things for those who are willing to believe in Him.

Whatever place or state you are in, there is more! There is a willing God! We just have to learn how to pray and minister it into today.

Let's not be the ones who hold back but let us GET A VISION of the good will of God for mankind.

Jesus died for them and did miracles, and many have not even heard about it! It will take our persuasiveness to reach some, but we can do that with His Truth! He still will do signs, wonders and miracles!

We have a Hope! We don't have to perish!
