The Lord is calling you to take refuge in Him and watch as the difficult times and the disasters we have been encountering will pass.
We are going to see the release of a new healing anointing and power over sickness. This is a time in which the Lord is restoring hope and giving you a refreshing drink of the Holy Spirit.
There will also be a release of financial blessings and plans from Heaven on how to increase your finances for yourself and to help others.
Take refuge under the Lord's protection until the difficulties and disasters pass. The Lord has been cleansing and preparing you for 2022.
A September to Remember
Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin. Zechariah 4:10 NLT
This is going to be a memorable month for many people. You will start to see a turning point this month. Watch for your dreams, visions and ability to hear the Lord to increase.
It might start off slowly, but the Lord will increase your ability to hear His voice and you will receive plans and greater understanding into your situation.
Don't be discouraged if things look opposite. The Lord has you covered, and it will be best to stay humble and patient as things need time to unfold.
Three Powerful Times in September
This is the Jewish New Year, 5782. We are no longer under the Old Testament Law of Moses, but the Lord still operates on the Jewish calendar.
You don't have to celebrate the Jewish holidays to be part of this amazing time of year. Just ask Him to speak to you and be flexible; take time to listen and write down what you are hearing.
September 2021 has 3 powerful holidays that the Lord uses to speak and position you for the coming year.
Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year, and the date varies each year because the Jewish calendar is based on 360 days.
This year, Rosh Hashanah is September 6–8. It is a time of celebration, reflection and prayer.
The shofar is blown 100 times indicating a new sound being released in the atmosphere to break off the old and bring the new!
Yom Kippur is September 15–16 and considered the highest holy day of the year in which the Lord "seals your instructions and assignments" for the coming new year — instructions for the year. Take time to reflect on the goodness of God.
Feast of Tabernacles is September 20–27 and is a time of celebrating the goodness of God. There is an atmosphere to break off oppression, releasing joy into your life.
The last day of the Feast of Tabernacles is called Hoshana Rabbah and falls on September 27 this year. The Jewish people believe this is the day that the Lord opens your instructions and reveals what was sealed at Yom Kippur.
Jesus brings this into the New Testament in John 7. He went to the Feast of Tabernacles on the final and greatest day — Hoshana Rabbah.
On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them." John 7:37–38 NIV
This is a time to ask the Lord for a drink of spiritual refreshment. "Lord send us a drink of Your living water and let it flow through us and out to others around us."
How to Prepare
Ask the Lord to show you if there is anything in your life that needs to be changed. Be sure to take time to celebrate and worship the Lord as this is a key to opening the heavens over you.
Adjust your schedule if needed to slow down and connect with the Lord each day. Ask the Lord for a drink of the Living Water of refreshment.
The Lord Will be Exalted
He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." Psalm 46:10 NIV
The Lord is calling you into a place of deeper intimacy with Him. As you take time to "be still," there will be greater levels of peace released to you.
The Lord is going to do some powerful things that will get the world's attention in a good way. Many people have been wondering, "Where is the Lord in the midst of the mess and all the distress?"
The Lord will restore confidence that might have been lost and bring together a remnant who will listen to His voice and respond in love.
So he said to me, "This is the word of the Lord ° 'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the Lord Almighty." Zechariah 4:6 NIV
There will be a release of the Lord's power and gifts of the Holy Spirit. Expect to renew your strength as we are coming out of a season of distress.
The Lord is calling you to enter a zone of less stress as He lifts the distress from around you.
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8 NKJV
One major key is to draw near to God and spend time in prayer. Spend time with others worshiping and celebrating.
Open the Storehouses of Blessings
The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. Deuteronomy 28:12 NIV
Watch for the Lord to release financial blessings in unusual and unexpected ways. The heavens are open to receive the plans from Heaven to get out of debt and be a blessing to others.
