A Memory that Helps Me with the Holy Spirit by Pam Clark

By Pam Clark
Many years ago when I was somewhat young in the Lord I had an encounter. (You know, young and hungry believers will hear a lot of different sermons, especially about the love of God. They are hungry and they are seeking!) In my experience / vision, I was walking with the Lord and I was feeling and having a real love fest with Him. We came to a fork in the road and He started going one way and I was going another. I was wanting and expecting Him to go with me! We had been having such a glorious love time! He looked and said to me, "I love you to no end, but I have to go this way." I had to make a decision real quick and decided I wanted Him and chose to go His way. It was pure Love!

Many years ago when I was somewhat young in the Lord I had an encounter. (You know, young and hungry believers will hear a lot of different sermons, especially about the love of God. They are hungry and they are seeking!)

In my experience / vision, I was walking with the Lord and I was feeling and having a real love fest with Him. We came to a fork in the road and He started going one way and I was going another.

I was wanting and expecting Him to go with me! We had been having such a glorious love time! He looked and said to me, "I love you to no end, but I have to go this way."

I had to make a decision real quick and decided I wanted Him and chose to go His way. It was pure Love!

That has really helped me in ministering to others too. I'm for you and I am with you in the Lord, but I may not follow your direction!

I have to really wonder about people who get delight in pointing out the flaws of others all the time and throwing it up in their face. There is the right way and the wrong way, and it's all about a choice!

Now, if they try to take me or you down a wrong path, then the warfare is on (and you have to learn how to do that). But otherwise, I'm just going to let my Light shine!

Arrogance is a Sin.

We baby babies, but they do grow up enough to where THEY have to learn to rightly divide the word of truth. It's not always that easy for them!

Shaming people and permanently labeling them is a sin because it does affect others too. Jesus never did it that way. He gave them the Truth as a choice! He explained the results of the wrong ways. They can get hurt and ultimately miss Heaven. But some things people do in the Name of the Lord just damages them.

Some things are caught on quickly and some things take a while, because of how people were raised in their life experiences, and with the many false doctrines that are out there - designed by the enemy to deceive.

If you choose the right way, it will become attractive to those who really want it. To form a "club," especially against others, is wrong unless your motive is the true and pure Love of God. And THAT "club" is really called the true Body of Christ.

The ground is level at the foot of the Cross! No saint has boasting rights. It took Jesus' suffering and death to get them there!

Jesus felt very strongly about this. He said in Luke 11:52: "Woe to you lawyers [legalists]! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You did not enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in you hindered."

When He said Woe, He meant it was not going to be good! Don't mess with God's Kids! He is a jealous Parent! But He also has self-control and He will work to make a way of opportunity for their right kind of faith.

Thank God, while living on this earth, we can turn and repent and make the right decisions. That is a rich gift from God.

There are winds and waves of "doctrines" flying everywhere out there! The Creator knows what is going on; He will not deceive or be deceived.

There are baits with hooks in them, some pretty clever and strong! We need to think and see like God does. A teachable spirit, and a teaching spirit, will have a lot of blessings! Reading the Word of God prayerfully will equip you.

The more you advance, the more you see how God works!  And some of it will surprise you!
